Using this Milky Rose Transformation Palette is super easy. First, take out the included brush pen. When you're ready to have some fun, press the button on the device with the brush pen. This will trigger the cool transformation music, sound effects, and dialogue from the show. While using it, make sure not to drop it on hard surfaces as it might damage the LED lights.
